QA Automation Engineer (Python)

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Python to join our dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts, for a project focused on Digital Signing.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python for functional, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with software developers and QA team to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration (CI) pipeline
- Contribute to test planning and strategy discussions to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Work closely with QA and development teams to identify testing requirements and create test scenarios
- Conduct thorough testing to identify software defects and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Document and report defects with clear and detailed information, including steps to reproduce
- Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of the automation framework to ensure scalability and efficiency
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve automation processes
What are we looking for:
- Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer with a focus on Python
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Py Test)
- Proficient in writing SQL queries for database validation
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
