British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Reporting Services Analyst in Bucharest until January 31st 2026.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Creation and maintenance of multiple Data Objects in line with all SOX Controls and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all Master Data, identifying and resolving data quality issues
Proactively communicate and collaborate with partners to analyze information needs and functions requirements
Provide support in ensuring the internal approval flows are in line with DOA
Monthly monitoring of internal GBS important metrics for Masterdata in a continuous aim to improve the results
Assist with Monthly / Bi-Annually Cleanse exercises for data objects in scope
Understand the functionalities, interfaces and interdependencies of the processes and systems (COUPA, Concur, SAP, MDG) and provide technical advice and assistance to UK users when needed

What are we looking for?

The holder of this position must have technical skills and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office standard pack (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
Proficiency in English
Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff within the company and with external parties
Ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines, ability to prioritize and to work independently
Knowledge of Master Data internal and global procedures is a plus
