Sales Operations Internship

We have an opportunity for a Sales Operations Intern to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. As an Intern Sales Operation Support in the Fire Detection, Public Address and Voice Evacuation Business here at Honeywell, you will play a n important role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our business. You will work closely with the sales team, providing administrative and operational support to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness. Your attention to detail and collaboration skills will be essential in maintaining accurate sales records, supporting sales activities, and assisting with customer inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in sales operations and contribute to the success of our Fire Business. You will report directly to our Senior Inside Sales Specialist and work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybrid work schedule. This internship position is a fixed-term contract with a duration of one year. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and providing timely responses;
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team;
• Coordinate sales activities and assist with order processing and shipment tracking, return of materials;
• Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment;
• Assist in the organization of sales events (in person and virtual) and trade shows.

Key skills and qualifications:

• Technical education (electrical, electronics, automation, building services..);
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management;\
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Proficient English Skills.
