Project description
The client, an investment bank is renewing its workflow automation technology.
You will look at the use cases that the clients are using and analyze current processes, bring platform enhancements, and describe how the solution should look.
You will handle the developers' requirements, and support testing (creating the testing scenarios and doing the tests).
Core technologies are RPA tools, Blue Prism mostly.

Responsibilities

Act as a Business Analyst in developing new technology applications in partnership with Business and Operations stakeholders to transform the Investment Bank Operations interactions.

Participate as an active scrum team member working alongside our business and operations users, developers, architects, UX Designers & UI Developers.

Understand current state business process, and challenges and work with business stakeholders and operations to define strategic solutions.

Organize working groups and provide regular updates to stakeholders on delivery status and risks

Translate business needs: Create models, diagrams, presentations, and other documentation that support the target audience in understanding the business requirements

Attend scrum ceremonies as required and be involved in the Product Backlog refinement sessions for defining user stories with the team.

Agree on test scenarios and conditions for signoff with stakeholders.

Contribute to the BA community with own experience and sharing of best practices and standards and mentor junior members.

Able to cope with a hybrid way of working

2 days/week from the client's office in Bucharest.

Skills

Must have

5 years of BA experience in Software Development

Familiar with RPA, Blue Prism, and Power Automate

Good skills in process analysis

Experience in testing

Excellent communication skills

Agile methodology

Nice to have

Previous experience in the banking industry and exposure to backend projects

How to test API processes
