Senior Credit Risk Manager – Integrated Risks

Contributing alongside a team of specialists within Risk Management Division to the coordination and implementation of Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), covering tasks such as economic capital calculation, stress testing, risk inventory, risk appetite and other specific processes under ICAAP framework.

What you'll be doing

Ensure the proper monitoring and escalation.
Perform regulatory and managerial stress tests
Contribute to the set up the appropriate Risk Appetite Framework
Implement the Internal Control Adequacy Assessment Process (including the identification of emerging risks)
Support in the definition of proper quantification methodologies and models
Ensure an integrated view of different risks for the Bank

What you'll need to succeed

University degree in Economics or a related area.
Strong quantitative and analytical mind, with the ability to interpret from an economic perspective the output of risk models - experience in risk reporting or risk portfolio monitoring represents an advantage.
Previous experience in ICAAP or risk management represents an advantage, knowledge of the relevant regulations in ICAAP area.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly and concisely present complex risk concepts.
Excellent English skills in written and verbal communication.
Be able to analyze consistency between Group and local Risk Appetite - evaluate consistency between Risk Appetite and budget submission - monitor and report to Competent Bodies - update/review potential Risk Appetite.
Knowledge of the set of references and tools (e.g. policies, strategies, plans, processes, models) to rely on for making decisions about how to manage risk.
Be able to identify KPIs to measure the performance of an initiative / plan - monitor the identified KPIs - identify specific actions to address potential gaps.
Be able to gather, assess and interpret data concerning the performance of businesses.
Knowledge of Environmental, Social and Governance risk factors that may have a positive or negative impact on the financial performance or solvency of an entity, sovereign or individual.
