Senior Process Improvement Manager

What you'll be doing

As Processes Specialist you:

design and maintain the processes in coherence with the strategic guidelines, policies and standards;

research best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data;

collect and analyze process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced risk management, controls, safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost;

guide the transformation of processes of the competent areas by coordinating projects and related initiatives, potentially including ICT investments;

support functional design of the overall User Experience across channels and platforms, for products and services offered by the Bank to different client segments;

ensure consistency across channels and products, focusing on straight through processes enabling efficiencies and simplification;

guarantee constant process improvement and flexibility, in line with Business and IT developments.

What you'll need to succeed

Be able to map and analyze processes within the organization - redesign them in order to optimize performance, quality and speed;
Be able to define, measure, control and improve business processes, including process policy management with the goal to meet customer requirements profitably;
Be able to perform tools, methods and notations used to describe and analyze the characteristics of a business process and design its further development;
Be able to perform business process representation activity necessary to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes;
Be able to identify creative solutions to problem solving, by putting the user at its core applying design thinking methodology. Be able to challenge assumptions and iterate solutions that are better suited to the needs of the user;
Be able to understand various internal factors that influence the operation of companies such as its roles, responsibilities, activities of organizational functions;
Be able to create a systematic approach to the development and maintenance of business process;
Be able to plan, execute, control and manage the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time and to manage resources include personnel, finances, technology linked to the project itself;
Be able to design, implement and continously improve IT processes aligning them to strategic goals (eg application portofolio management, project/SIM…);
Be able to analyze laws and regulations to determine impact on company activities, including procedures, processes and products;
Be able to design and implement digital transformation strategy for the impacted businesses.
