Job Description
As the Showroom & PR Coordinator, you will work proactively to build and maintain relationships with media and fashion insiders (influencers, celebrities, stylists, etc.) to set a fashion-forward community in the Sales Market Greece. You will contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased fashion perception by working alongside the Fashion PR Manager for Sales Market Greece (SM-GR) and Sales Market Türkiye (SM-TR), where you run the upkeep of the showroom, based in Bucharest and support the ongoing Fashion PR projects.
Key responsibilities:

• You work alongside the Fashion PR Manager SM-GR and SM-TR with local fashion PR activities, primarily in the showroom, to elevate the brand and the experience of the brand.
• Responsible for sample administration, including working with relevant systems, and optimizing results by proactively and reactively handling requests and send-outs.
• You secure visual presentation in the showroom with current garments and products in an inspirational and uplifting way.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Influencer Lead SM-GR and Media team to optimize earned and paid influencer partnerships.
• You support Influencer Lead SM-GR in building influencer relations with key stakeholders important for boosting the fashion perception and the brand image.
• Identify, maintain, and develop a network on a local level with the appropriate fashion journalists, stylists, influencers, celebrities, and other opinion leaders.
• Maintained the operations in the showroom smoothly and proactively coordinated logistics related to supporting other countries in SM-GR with samples from special collections, giftings, and special send outs.
• Attend relevant events, both internal and external, for networking and business purposes.

Qualifications
To be successful in the role as the Showroom & PR Coordinator, you should have a true passion for fashion, strong commercial focus and be insight driven, with a proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. You are a service minded, an excellent relationship builder with a strong network within the area. With your experience within the industry and knowledge on fashion trends, you strive to find ways to inspire our media target group and influencers to reach and engage our customers with the latest fashion from H&M.
What you need to succeed:

• Communication, Marketing or Business degree/relevant experience.
• You understand the importance of community and relationship building with fashion insiders (ambassadors, media, VIP, influencers).
• Deep understanding of synergies between owned, paid & earned media.
• You have a great eye for content creation and understand the local influencer landscape.
• Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken Romanian and English.
• Knowledge in other languages is meriting.

Additional Information
This is a full-time role, located in Bucharest, Romania. The Showroom & PR Coordinator role is a part of the Customer Activation & Marketing Team and reports to the Fashion PR Manager SM-GR & SM TR.
