We're looking for a Solution Architect to join our team!
As a Solution Architect you will lead the design and implementation of on-premise and cloud-based solutions, ensuring they meet our clients' business needs and technical requirements. This position involves significant collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in RFP/Q responses, and a prominent role in pre-sales activities.

Note: Depending on the project and our clients' needs, you may get the chance to pack your bags and take off every now and then. Typically, we estimate travel time to be between 0% and 15%.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Cloud Solution Architecture: Architect and oversee the deployment of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
• RFP/Q and Pre-Sales Leadership: Lead the technical aspects of RFP and RFQ responses, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to demonstrate our cloud capabilities. Engage in pre-sales activities, including client consultations, solution demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Cross-Platform Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in a variety of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), leveraging the strengths of each to design optimal solutions for our clients.
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted technical advisor, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
• Innovation and Knowledge Sharing: Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by staying abreast of emerging cloud technologies and sharing knowledge within the team.

Requirements
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 7+ years minimum experience in roles as Solution Architect in project with focus on fintech/banking.
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions across AZURE cloud platform (knowledge of AWS, GCP it is a plus).
• Strong background in RFP/Q processes and pre-sales engagements, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with blockchain, AI, and machine learning technologies as applied to fintech solutions is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in the fintech sector.
• Fluency in English.
