The HR Services Administrator and Regional Support will manage HR Admin activities for the Romania office and plant site and particular regional HR Admin activities. Liaise with HRG/HRM, Payroll and Back Office teams to make sure smooth delivery of HR Admin activities at the site level. Take part in regional projects and activities as per the need.
Responsibilities:

• Management of Contingent Service Workers' record - Oracle profile creation, update, termination
• Service Now catalogue updates
• Oracle upgrade user acceptance testing
• SOX reporting and audits
• SOP revision and updates
• Participation in HR projects
• Processing Oracle transaction
• Process medical certificates for Pipera and Plant site
• Benefits Administration
• Pre-employment screening for new hires in Pipera and Bucharest Plant
• Onboarding for all Pipera new hires
• HR Admin for small countries and HRC

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior HR administrative experience - Minimum 2 years; Proven experience in T&A and Benefits management
• Technical Skills: Experience with HR Admin tools and systems
• Languages: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Key Competencies:
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive matters
  • Experience in working in ambiguous situations and ability in taking decisions
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate HR Services related technology to provide customer resolution
  • Effective communication and ability to communicate complex HRS replies in a clear manner
