Company Description
Position
- Supervision of the mechanical and electrical works according to the project documentation
- Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
- Enhance team performance by providing guidance and feedback, and collaborating with teammates to establish and achieve their goals
- Communicate with the client and the project stakeholders and provide technical expertise for projects
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
- Set individual and team goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Coordination and supervision over subcontractors
Requirements
- Technical studies
- Excellent organization, planning, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking, complex problem solving, judgment, and decision-making ability.
- Must have a strong work ethic and be detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently and be self-driven
- Availability for frequent travel in Romania and abroad
- Driving licence B
- Fluency in English
