When you join our team, you will become involved in supporting or delivering some of the biggest and most complex machinery installation and relocation projects in the world. Our people are experts in a diverse range of industries including automotive, aerospace, infrastructure, print, packaging, FMCG, metals and many more.
Position
You will be in charge of :
  • Supervision of the mechanical and electrical works according to the project documentation
  • Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
  • Enhance team performance by providing guidance and feedback, and collaborating with teammates to establish and achieve their goals
  • Communicate with the client and the project stakeholders and provide technical expertise for projects
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
  • Set individual and team goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Coordination and supervision over subcontractors
Requirements
  • Technical studies
  • Excellent organization, planning, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking, complex problem solving, judgment, and decision-making ability.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and be detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently and be self-driven
  • Availability for frequent travel in Romania and abroad
  • Driving licence B
  • Fluency in English
