As a Shift Leader for High Voltage Inverters you will:

• Efficient coordination of production activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and supervising the team during the assigned shift (planning, task allocation, monitoring);
• Monitoring performance and quickly resolving issues that arise during the shift;
• Collaborating with support departments (maintenance, logistics, quality) to optimize the production flow;
• Continuously improving processes and initiating corrective actions when necessary;
• Monitoring performance indicators and implementing solutions to achieve and exceed objectives.

What will you need to succeed:

• Experience in a similar position;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• English language skills - mandatory requirement;
• Availability for a 3-shift schedule.
