We are looking for a talent (m/f/d) to support our Software and Functions (Cross Customer Platform) Group. If you possess a passion for software development, we invite you to apply.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of some of the most innovative products in the automotive industry;
• Support the development of embedded software in interdisciplinary project teams at international level;
• Regularly report the status of development to your direct manager;
• Cooperate with your local team members and our international development teams;
• Develop test specifications for functionalities of low/ medium complexity and perform tests according to given requirements and specifications;
• Develop reports according with the defined test process;
• Participate to the test system development by using the test environment and providing feedback;
• Integrate all test environment components (HW, SW andamp; Mechanic) according to the project needs;
• Use the existing project planning for SW schedule and track his own activities;
• A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

Your Qualifications:

• Student at an University in a relevant field (Electronics and Communication, Informatics, Automation and Computer Science, Electrical Engineering);
• Basic programming experience (e.g. C, C++);
• Basic microcontrollers knowledge;
• Knowledge of electronics - general overview;
• Basic usage of instrumentation for measurement and control (oscilloscopes, power supplies);
• It's an advantage if you know: Labview, Matlab (Simulink), Python and if you have knowledge in basic automotive systems and embedded systems;
• Medium English knowledge - both written and spoken;
• MS Office user experience;
• Analytical thinking and results oriented.
