What you will do:

• Provide support to the project manager in their daily activities (managing project teams, planning meetings);
  
• Participate in meetings led by the project manager;
  
• Responsible for the administrative tasks of the department – databases (Excel);
  
• Responsible for ordering office supplies.
  
  

What you will need to suceed:

• On going University degree in a Technical/ Administrative field;
  
• Able to work a 6 or 8 hour program;
  
• English knowledge – advanced (written and spoken);
  
• MS Office Package (Excel, Power Point, Word).
