Internship - HR Country Support Europe Working Student

Currently a candidate for a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Economics or a related field with an accredited school in Romania.
Join Nokia as a Human Resources Trainee and play a key role in supporting our Nokia Romania team. From organizing internal events to maintaining critical HR relationships, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of HR activities. You will be responsible for drafting documents, analyzing data, and offering support to various HR functions. Your proactive feedback on HR processes and services will help drive continuous improvement. You will work directly with Country HR and provide full support through the use of various sources for reporting, tracking, and analyzing HR indicators that reflect the overall situation of the organization compared to the external market and internal environment.
Under the supervision of Country HR, you will be involved in human resources activities, providing support in:
- Maintaining the HR relationship with state authorities, the Territorial Labor Inspectorate, and carrying out HR tasks arising from this.
- Providing support in the relationship with the social dialogue partner (SITT union) and managing the relationship with Nokia employees.
- Drafting various documents and reports needed internally and externally.
- Supporting local specific HR activities and the sub-functions within the Human Resources department.
- You will handle executive reviews and business presentations for various internal stakeholders.
- Member of the team within the Employee Services Europe organization.
- Maintaining good communication with company employees.
- Providing daily support in the field of human resources.
- Administrative support for projects: data analysis, monitoring, and ensuring data quality, creating documentation.
- Experience with local benefits, working conditions, and employment policies.
- Providing support to the department manager and the team.
- Offering proactive feedback on HR processes, tools, and services.
- Interest in career development in human resources, being enrolled in a bachelor's/master's program in human resources or any other relevant field.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Attention to detail

It is also preferred to have:
- Internships/volunteer experience in NGOs, preferably in the field of human resources
- Experience in customer interaction
