Responsabilitati:

Efectueaza reglaje/ajustari ale programelor;
Determinarea cauzelor defectiunilor, conditiile de aparitie si evidentele de tntretinere-reparatii existene
Intervine asupra programului, modificand parametrii cu scopul reducerii/evitarii rebuturilor;
Efectuarea planului de schimbari, verificare parametrii proces, verificare senzori si bariere optice;
Semnalarea defectiunilor de echipamente (matrite, tool-uri) catre managerul de productie sau mentenanta;
Cunoasterea materialelor/instrumentelor aferente locului de munca.

Cerinte:

Studii liceale - profil mecanic;
Cunoasterea defectelor de injectie, eliminare defecte de injectie;
Tntretinere si schimbare matrite
Experienta similara in domeniul de injectare mase plastice
