Responsabilitati:

• Efectueaza reglaje/ajustari ale programelor;
  
• Determinarea cauzelor defectiunilor, conditiile de aparitie si evidentele de tntretinere-reparatii existene
  
• Intervine asupra programului, modificand parametrii cu scopul reducerii/evitarii rebuturilor;
  
• Efectuarea planului de schimbari, verificare parametrii proces, verificare senzori si bariere optice;
  
• Semnalarea defectiunilor de echipamente (matrite, tool-uri) catre managerul de productie sau mentenanta;
  
• Cunoasterea materialelor/instrumentelor aferente locului de munca.
  

Cerinte:

• Studii liceale - profil mecanic;
• Cunoasterea defectelor de injectie, eliminare defecte de injectie;
• Tntretinere si schimbare matrite
• Experienta similara in domeniul de injectare mase plastice
