General Information:
As a System IT Engineer in the area of SAP PP you are a member of a Global Team within our company, in IT - Business Applications - Planning, Production, PDM and Plant Maintenance.

You will support us as a technical architect and central contact for system integration in the development, implementation and operation of state-of-the-art IT solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support our internal business partners in using SAP applications.
• Consult our internal business partners in developing and documenting business requirements such as functional specifications, business blueprints, statement of work, etc.
• Design, Realization, Implementation and Documentation of self-developed solutions including organizing user acceptance tests and securing defined quality-gates.
• Maintenance and enhancement of implemented applications throughout the complete live cycle based on the Incident and Change management process.
• Execution of software maintenance (OSS-Notes, support packages, upgrades).
• Initiate measures such as risk management, performance management and system monitoring to ensure stability and availability.

Your Qualifications:

• Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or comparable qualification.
• Knowledge in Data exchange and Interface processing (desired).
• Knowledge in ABAP Environment like Development Workbench, Enhancement technologies and Debugging (beneficial).
• Knowledge in Processes of the Supply Chain and involved Master Data (beneficial).
• Work experience in SAP ERP Module PP or SCM Area (as consultant or developer) and in international environment (beneficial).
• Knowledge of programming languages (desired).
• Project Management skills (beneficial).
• Knowledge in MS Office 365 applications (desired).
• Language skills: English fluent in spoken and written.
• Structured, analytic, strategic and self-dependent operation.
• High commitment to work and ability for teamwork.
• Intercultural competencies.
• Willingness to learn.
• Willingness to travel (10-20%).
