Main Responsibilities:
- Handles daily interaction with Stakeholders, Buyers and Suppliers.
- Handles within agreed time frames purchase requisitions in scope across all procurement commodities.
- Escalates non compliance to Country/ Cluster Section Head. Provides extensive support and customer service to stakeholders.
- Runs simplified bidding process for transactional spend in line with commodity driven supplier list .
- Analyzes requisitions, searches for potential suppliers according to commodity driven supplier list, run the simplified bidding process and select the supplier accordingly.
- Ensures through recurrent follow up with the suppliers on time delivery for his/ her orders.
- Identifies low added value processes or administrative work and proposes improvement ideas.
