We are looking for an Admin / Back office staff in our OGC division experienced in efficiently handling administration jobs / client coordination / report & invoice generation etc.
Job Description
- Generate reports in company approved format / template & dispatch further to client.
- Generate invoices in BOSS software & dispatch further to client.
- Coordinate with clients and supervisors in matters related to reporting & invoicing.
- Verify & ensure all report & invoices generated as per company process.
- Follow client’s instructions in consultation with line managers for reporting / invoicing & ensure fast delivery of documents to them.
- Maintain, update & close each job file with all relevant records.
Qualifications
- Graduation with minimum 2 years of experience, or diploma with minimum 5 years' experience.
- Previous experience in administration jobs.
- Strong computer skills.
- Very good communication & coordination with all levels of management and clients.
- Excellent English language skills
- Candidates should be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
