You as an Admin Support Officer will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Your responsibilities
- Executive Secretarial Support work is focused on supporting an individual executive or small number of executives in their day-to-day office activities including Obtaining and organizing information for use in conferences, speeches, and reports as requested by the executive.
- Editing, proofing, formatting, document design or production, form filling, and data entry. Scheduling or coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements. Receiving/relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources, managing the time or interaction executives have with internal and external sources.
- Typically, this role is required to handle confidential business and personnel information. Incumbents with some or all the following responsibilities should be mapped one career level higher: Have greater knowledge of the organization (i.e., financial processes, authorization processes, etc.).
- Have ownership of the executive’s agenda and schedule (oversees access to executives).
- Typically, in contact with internal and external executives, Bilingual and may do some research and basic authoring/drafting of documents and correspondence.

Your background
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field is required.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as admin support is preferred.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
