In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Tajalla Advertising, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. You will work closely with the CEO and senior management team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, productivity, and profitability. With a comprehensive understanding of the advertising landscape and a knack for strategic planning, you will help shape our agency's future and contribute to the success of our clients' businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all business operations, including finance, human resources, project management, and administration.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to industry best practices.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the organization.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, financial metrics, and industry trends to identify opportunities and ensure business objectives are met.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business development and establish Tajalla Advertising as a market leader.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in the field of operations management
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the marketing and advertising industry.
- Strong strategic vision and the ability to develop and execute business strategies effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in financial management and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in the latest industry software and tools.
