In this role, you will take the lead on a variety of design projects, transforming ideas into visually appealing graphics that engage and resonate with audiences.
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to produce captivating designs that align with brand objectives. You'll handle projects ranging from branding, communication and events, ensuring consistency and high quality across all outputs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to execution for a variety of projects.
• Work collaboratively with the team to understand client goals and deliver designs that reflect their vision.
• Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media.
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance final outputs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep our design solutions fresh and innovative.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to support their growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
• A proven portfolio demonstrating a range of successful design projects and a keen eye for detail.
• Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
