We specialize in projects that highlight and celebrate Saudi culture. We are looking for a talented Senior Copywriter who is an Arabic speaker and deeply understands Saudi Arabia’s culture, traditions, and slang.
Job Summary:
The Senior Copywriter will be responsible for crafting compelling, culturally relevant content for a variety of Saudi cultural projects. This role requires a creative thinker who can write engaging copy that speaks directly to the local audience, using appropriate cultural references and language nuances.
Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, culturally resonant copy for a wide range of formats, including digital content, social media, advertising, scripts, brochures, and more.
• Cultural Relevance: Ensure all content reflects Saudi Arabian culture, traditions, and values, utilizing local slang and dialects where appropriate.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and develop concepts for campaigns and projects that resonate with the target audience.
• Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit copy to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, tone, and cultural sensitivity.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives, audience needs, and cultural considerations.
• Research: Stay up-to-date with cultural trends, news, and language changes within Saudi Arabia to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Brand Voice: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all materials, ensuring alignment with client guidelines and objectives.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze content performance and make recommendations for improvements to maximize engagement and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Literature, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a copywriter, with a focus on cultural content and local campaigns.
• Native Arabic speaker with a deep understanding of Saudi Arabian culture, traditions, and slang.
• Proven ability to write engaging, persuasive copy in Arabic that resonates with local audiences.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of writing styles and culturally relevant content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a creative agency or on cultural projects is highly desirable.
• Understanding of English for internal communications and collaboration.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital content strategy.
