Position: Senior Marketing Specialist

As Senior Marketing Specialist, you’ll work with cross-functional internal teams to develop and execute the highest-quality marketing strategies and initiatives, ensuring all marketing plans align with Cabrio's goals, mission, and vision. Additional responsibilities include in-depth market research, running A/B tests, brainstorming different pricing strategies, and fine-tuning ongoing marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.

What you will be responsible for:

Strategy Development: Create and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and budgets.
Campaign Management: Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns using data-driven insights. Including social media ads.
Social Media Management: Develop and publish engaging content across major social media platforms.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and measure campaign performance data, manage and maintain program updates, and interpret analytics to identify areas for improvement.
Project Leadership: Lead marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and search rankings.
Customer Interaction: Interact with customers online and respond to inquiries and comments professionally.
Content Development: Create valuable content targeting the audience, including articles, videos, and images.
Technological Trends Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest developments in digital marketing and adopt best practices and new tools.
Reporting: Prepare periodic reports showing the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
Marketing Tools Expertise: Utilize and manage various marketing tools and platforms to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with advertising, product development, and sales teams to achieve company goals.

What you need to be successful

+5 years of experience in marketing with a successful campaign track record.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proficient in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hub Spot, etc.
Understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing best practices.
CMS/CRM Knowledge: Experience with content management systems (CMS) and CRM tools.
Ability to analyze data and develop actionable marketing strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Stay updated with marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Strong project management skills with experience leading teams and mentoring staff.
Proven ability to develop innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Nice-to-have skills:

Luxury, or transportation experience
B2B experience Saa S startup
Advanced certifications in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, or social media management
Some experience conducting user research and translating the findings into design decisions.
