As Senior Marketing Specialist, you’ll work with cross-functional internal teams to develop and execute the highest-quality marketing strategies and initiatives, ensuring all marketing plans align with Cabrio's goals, mission, and vision. Additional responsibilities include in-depth market research, running A/B tests, brainstorming different pricing strategies, and fine-tuning ongoing marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.

What you will be responsible for:

• Strategy Development: Create and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and budgets.
• Campaign Management: Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns using data-driven insights. Including social media ads.
• Social Media Management: Develop and publish engaging content across major social media platforms.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and measure campaign performance data, manage and maintain program updates, and interpret analytics to identify areas for improvement.
• Project Leadership: Lead marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and search rankings.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers online and respond to inquiries and comments professionally.
• Content Development: Create valuable content targeting the audience, including articles, videos, and images.
• Technological Trends Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest developments in digital marketing and adopt best practices and new tools.

What you need to be successful

• +5 years of experience in marketing with a successful campaign track record.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hub Spot, etc.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing best practices.
• CMS/CRM Knowledge: Experience with content management systems (CMS) and CRM tools.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading teams and mentoring staff.
• Proven ability to develop innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
