m2r Education are currently looking for a College Dean for a technical college in the west of Saudi Arabia who can start in January 2025.
As the college dean, you would be required to represent the College at both internal and external forums, including meetings with the Project Management Team, industry associations and community groups.
Requirements:

- Hold a Masters Degree from a recognised university
- Have a professional teaching qualification
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience in post-secondary, technical or vocational sectors
- Minimum of 3 years senior management/leadership experience in a related sector
- Prior experience of working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
- Salary dependent on experience
- Annual flights
- Medical insurance
- Up to 30 days paid leave + national holidays
