Overall Goal
Provide customer service for various parts ordering tasks, including taking orders, researching technical data, and data entry.
Role and Responsibilities
Greeting the customers in a friendly and timely manner. Paying close attention to customer inquiries to determine their specific requirements.
Offer accurate and up-to-date information about part availability, pricing, and estimated delivery times.
Assist customers in selecting the correct parts by cross-referencing, providing technical advice replacements and recording unavailable or new parts in the system.
Promote additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Processing customer orders with precision and efficiency by leveraging computer systems to identify parts, confirm inventory status, and generate accurate quotations.
Efficiently process cash and credit payments, and handle returns per established procedures. Maintain organized records of sales and returns, including invoices and relevant documentation.
Identify and report stock shortages or overages to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize productivity. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Conducting research on competitive products, pricing, and market dynamics.
Develop ongoing skills in identifying new and old heavy equipment parts, and accurately use technical manuals and diagrams to identify each part.
Prepare, submit, document, and archive work reports.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
· A minimum of two years of professional experience in heavy equipment spare parts sales or a comparable field.
· Mechanical ability and knowledge of heavy equipment parts
In-depth knowledge of spare parts management software such as SIS and how to apply them in the business environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
