About the location:
Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

The Role of Cre dit Manager :
We currently have an opportunity for a Cre dit Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!
Reporting to the Assi sta nt Director of Finance you will be res ponsible for m aintain ing proper cre dit procedu res in the hotel in accordance with local and corporate policies and procedu res . Control and monitor prompt and accurate billing and collection of all accounts receivable items in order to maintain the lowest possible out sta nding accounts at all times.
Maintain harmonious and professional relationships with all departments. Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Sta ndards of Conduct as set forth in Em Pact . Supervise, train and motivate Cre dit Department employees to thoroughly under sta nd all of their duties and res ponsibilities. Take appropriate personnel-related action (i.e., hire, commend, discipline, evaluate, etc.) with Cre dit sta f f as required . Conduct training sessions for the Front Office sta f f and Catering & Sales sta f f on cre dit policies and procedu res . Assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed. E sta blish and maintain local cre dit policies and procedu res regarding billing, cre dit cards, collection, inquiries, and cheque cashing and prepare month-end and year-end reports and reconciliations in accordance with e sta blished corporate guidelines. Ensure all inquiries from guests or cre dit card companies are handled promptly (same day if possible) and professionally. Ensure prompt and accurate billing for all accounts and timely collection follow-up. Maintain cre dit histories, original approved written requests for cre dit and other records for regular hotel accounts. Ensure that the check-in/check-out procedure adequately protects the hotel without burden or delay to the guests of the hotel.

Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
