About the Role:Are you the type who sees opportunities where others just see clouds?
The purpose of this role is to continuously analyse and measure the performance of our end-to-end loyalty digital experience and identifying and prioritising areas of improvement. A tech-savvy trend setter, you will scope new digital products to translate the strategic vision into a best-in-class digital experience.
Yours is a role to play a key role in the identification of potential partners that align with RX's loyalty program goals and assist with negotiating partnership agreements. Your well-honed relationship management skills will cultivate and maintain strong links with partner organizations to ensure collaboration and mutual benefit.
Driven by data, you must analyse partnership performance, member engagement, and customer behaviour to optimize partnership strategies. There is also the responsibility of program integration oversight of partner offerings into our loyalty program ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for members.

About You:Degree qualified, you demonstrate a minimum 3 years of experience in managing partnerships and collaborations, ideally within the airline industry or a related field. Your experience includes negotiating agreements, monitoring performance, and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
