Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Innovation Management: Proactively identifies and implements improvements to quality processes and practices.

Effective Delegation: Skilled at managing projects by empowering team members to complete tasks effectively.

Technical and Functional Proficiency: Demonstrates strong competency in core technical skills relevant to quality assurance and compliance.

Accountability and Integrity: Ensures a high level of accountability, transparency, and adherence to quality and ethical standards.

Customer-Centric Approach: Dedicated to understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
-
4-6 years’ experience.

Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineer or related discipline.
-
Languages: English - Arabic.
-
Technical knowledge of pumping equipment or rotating equipment in general.
-
Good knowledge of SAP system.
