Electrical Supervisor - Jeddah Candidates Only

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our construction team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. This role requires hands-on leadership and effective communication with both the team and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical installations and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and lead a team of electricians, providing guidance and support during installations.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Conduct inspections of electrical work to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise during construction.
- Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and practices on-site.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be located in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
- Immediate availability to start working on-site.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as project demands.
