Our client, a leading name in the food and pastry industry in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of experience in the food and pastry sector, a proven track record of managing production teams, and the ability to align production capabilities with market demands. Key Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality pastry products.
- Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to food safety standards and quality control protocols.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Identify and implement strategies to optimize production costs and reduce waste.
- Maintain and improve production schedules to meet market demands.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
- Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and collaboration among team members.
- Collaboration with Sales:
- Partner with the sales team to align production output with customer needs and market trends.
- Provide insights into production capacity to support sales forecasting and planning.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Introduce innovative techniques and machinery to enhance production processes.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in production management within the food and pastry industry.
- Proven ability to increase production efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
