Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all production activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor production quality and implement improvements as needed.
• Develop and maintain production schedules and workflow plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in the exhibition, fit-out, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of production processes, materials, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
