Ensemble Plus Exhibition Stand Fitting & Execution LLC is a dynamic company specializing in the design, production, and installation of exhibition stands and fit-outs. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations, ensuring materials are well-organized and inventory is accurately managed for our various projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Manage inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Organize and maintain accurate records of all stock, deliveries, and shipments.
• Ensure all materials for exhibition stand projects are properly allocated and tracked.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials for ongoing projects.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring safety protocols and efficient workflow.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Implement and monitor warehouse safety procedures and policies.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, deliveries, and team performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in the exhibition stand or construction industry is a plus.
Forklift certification is an advantage.
