- You will be responsible for reliable operations of Bul logistic and delivery activities compliant to Linde safety and operations standard
- Further, you will be responsible to timely source product from suppliers to fulfil market need and to maintain sufficient safety stock
- Responsible for the effective contract management to ensure efficient, safe operations
- Also, you will ensure that all transport safety standards and guidelines are implemented, as well to ensure that all the invoice supporting documents are reconciled and processed for invoicing
- In this role you will ensure compliance of maintenance management system and implement corrective and preventive maintenance checks, vehicle health review to ensure supply reliability
- Ensure that all transportation statutory requirements are adhered, and vehicle operations continue reliably and seamlessly
- Implement policies and procedures for operations and logistic activities and ensure all systems meet the standards for accreditation in line with the quality systems
- You will perform training need analysis to maintenance competence of the team
- Controls month end closing and product reconciliations
What makes you great
- You have an University Degree and a professional graduate with experience of 5 to 8 years in logistics
- Expert in cross cultural communication and cooperation
- Specialized in cryogenic logistic operation
- Moreover you have knowledge of supply chain management
- You are well versed in computer literacy and knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of transport safety operation
