Your Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our dedicated warehousing team whose mission is to support the warehouse operations and activities in Central region.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manages warehouse inventory using the ERP system and other work-related system tools.
• Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment deliveries to the customers.
• Responsible for the physical movement of inventory and goods within the warehouse.
• Receive inventory from purchase/customer orders and ensure items are accurately stocked and documented.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through careful accounting of items moving in and out, using picking lists, stock reports, and using an ERP system. Stock Count Handling (Cyclic and Annual) to maintain the stock accuracy and inform the supervisor /Manager in case of any discrepancy.
• Delivery creation and goods Issuance followed with the invoice in SAP for sales/service orders.
• Daily outside deliveries to other branches and deliveries to Service Jobs physically & from the system; finalize the GIs and invoice for the SO orders.
• Coordinate with the local transporters for the deliveries to the customers & Branches for Parts & Equipment for the daily operations.
• Coordinate with the team for the Delivery note / Counter request to pick and pack & deliver from Stock.
• Actively contribute to warehouse safety, quality, and productivity by identifying inefficiencies and making recommendations for process improvements.
• Confirms availability of items available and to be delivered & shipped by verifying inventory records using the ERP system, SAP.
• Operates forklift as needed, Responsible for arranging the warehouse with proper arrangement and safety. Able to load & offload the equipment/spares to the transport vehicle.
• Responsible for keeping the warehouse neat & clean and well arranged inside and outside locations. General housekeeping in Warehouse locations & arrangement if requires.

Experience requirements:

• Knowledge of SAP Logistics modules especially Warehousing is essential.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a good command of English are essential.
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
• PC literate with knowledge of standard Office tools.
• Implementation of continuous improvement and change management programs is considered a plus.
• A minimum of 3+ years’ work experience in a warehouse environment.

Educational requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer candidates with forklift certifications and prior experience operating a cherry picker and other warehouse equipment.

Personality requirements

• Result-oriented with a self-motivating personality.
• Excellent communication skills, which have an impact on others.
• Able to keep productive under pressure.
