We are a dynamic fitout and advertising agency seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to join our team. If you have experience in project coordination and production management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Attention to Detail: Coordinate scheduling, material control, and tasks to ensure flawless project execution.
• Problem-Solving: Make quick decisions to resolve issues, ensuring smooth production and avoiding delays.
• Communication: Liaise effectively with designers, vendors, site coordinators, engineers, and internal teams using strong verbal and written skills. (Preferred Languages: Hindi & English)
• Time Management: Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Negotiation Skills: Negotiate favorable prices, timelines, and terms with suppliers and contractors while maintaining quality within budget.
• Production Coordination Expertise: Oversee fit-out and advertising projects from inception to delivery, ensuring well-coordinated execution.
• Site Requirement Management: Gather technical requirements from site coordinators and engineers, documenting all logistical and technical specifications.
• Workshop Production Initiation: Initiate production based on site requirements, ensuring materials meet specifications for delivery.
• Logistics & Delivery Oversight: Coordinate timely delivery of materials to sites, working with logistics teams to meet deadlines.

Key Requirements:

• Post-diploma qualification in Civil, Interior, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant production coordination experience.
• Strong command of Hindi and English is highly preferred.
• Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are strongly encouraged to apply.
