Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estimation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the Saudi market, with a proven track record in civil construction, fitout, and MEP estimation. The Estimation Manager will be responsible for managing the entire estimation process, including preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring competitive pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for civil construction, fitout, and MEP projects.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and requirements to provide precise cost analysis.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to develop cost models and forecasting.
• Lead the development of bid proposals and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, procurement, and finance departments to gather relevant information for estimates.
• Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers for cost-effective project execution.
• Monitor and manage the estimation process to meet deadlines and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Provide risk assessments and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain a database of project costs, materials, and labor rates.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations and standards in cost estimation.
• Participate in contract negotiations and offer strategic advice to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in estimation for civil construction, fitout, and MEP projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of local market conditions, material costs, and labor rates.
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Candy, Primavera, or other relevant tools).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing estimation teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Certified Estimation Professional (CEP) or other relevant certifications.
• Experience in handling large-scale projects across various sectors (e.g., commercial, residential, industrial).
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or other project management tools is a plus.
