Financial Control Manager

Key Responsibilities for this role include:
- Manage the end-to-end general accounting and financial reporting processes for the firm's operations, including the consolidation of data, reconciliations, and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements set forth by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and other relevant financial authorities in Saudi Arabia
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a robust system of internal financial controls to mitigate risks, safeguard assets, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, and other key stakeholders to streamline financial processes, identify opportunities for automation, and drive continuous improvement
- Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team on the firm's financial health, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Manage the firm's audit readiness, serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, and facilitate the timely resolution of any audit findings or regulatory inquiries
- Lead and develop the financial control team, fostering a strong control environment and promoting a culture of excellence, compliance, and continuous learning
- Stay up-to-date with changes in Saudi Arabian and GCC accounting regulations, tax requirements, and industry best practices, and proactively implement necessary adjustments
- Bachelor Degree
- CME 1 Certification
- 6 - 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in Project Management
- Arabic and English languages are required
