Job Summary:
The Front Office Executive is the face of the organization, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors and employees. We are looking for a minimum of 1 year experience in front office, reception, or customer service role.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the front desk and maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.
*Handle inquiries and provide information to callers in a courteous and efficient manner.
*Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
*Liaise with various departments to facilitate communication and ensure smooth office operations.
*Provide information and assistance to employees and visitors regarding office policies and procedures.
*Coordinate with the facilities team to address any maintenance or repair issues.
*Provide excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and employees.
Requirements:
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
*Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
*Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
