Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a conglomerate or similar industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and managing operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market and business landscape.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
