Position Title: GRO (Government Relation Officer)
Location: Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all government-related processes, including visas, licenses, permits, and renewals.
- Liaise with various government departments and agencies to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations and provide advice on their impact on the organization.
- Process and follow up on all employment visas, labor cards, and other employee-related government documents.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.
- Manage government reporting, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the resolution of any government-related issues that may arise.
- Bachelor’s in business administration, Public Relations, Law, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in government relations or regulatory compliance are a plus.
- Must be a Saudi national with a valid ID card.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience as a Government Relations Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi government processes, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
