We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Government Relations Officer (GRO) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The incumbent will be responsible for managing all government-related activities and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate must be a Saudi national, fluent in English, with a deep understanding of the Saudi regulatory environment.
Position Title: GRO (Government Relation Officer)
Location: Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:

Handle all government-related processes, including visas, licenses, permits, and renewals.
Liaise with various government departments and agencies to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations and provide advice on their impact on the organization.
Process and follow up on all employment visas, labor cards, and other employee-related government documents.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.
Manage government reporting, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance.
Assist in the resolution of any government-related issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in business administration, Public Relations, Law, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications in government relations or regulatory compliance are a plus.
Must be a Saudi national with a valid ID card.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Proven experience as a Government Relations Officer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Saudi government processes, laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
