As the Head of Compression in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for implementing the Compression strategy to attain our strategic and operational business goals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for a dynamic and agile leader, who is dedicated to shaping the future of Compression’s products and solutions by building a strong connection to our customers and strengthening our business success in KSA.
This role will report into the Senior Vice President of the Compression business and locally into our local Compression business organization. The position can be located in Riyadh or Dammam

How You’ll Make an Impact
- You are responsible for generating Compression business and revenue in Saudi Arabia, driving profitable New Unit and Service growth in line with our Compression strategy, maintaining and developing strong relationships with key customers, developing and executing customer projects and ensuring operational excellence throughout delivery
- As an entrepreneurial leader, you provide empowering leadership to the growing Compression team in the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia
- You collaborate closely with global functional leaders within our Compression business and with business partners in the region
- You care for the health, safety and well-being of all employees, contractors, customers and stakeholders on all Compression sites in KSA
- You ensure transparent, accurate and reliable business performance and share best practices with Compression leaders in other countries and regions
- You develop talent in the Compression KSA organization to build a strong presence in the region, investing in competence development to provide our customers with strong technical expertise
- You create a diverse and inclusive environment which offers equal opportunities for our employees
- You drive productivity and cost-out measures by continuously motivating your team to seek effective and efficient ways of working and optimizing holistic processes to maintain a cost-effective, local organization
- You ensure compliance of the Compression organization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with all national and state legislation and regulations and interact effectively with governmental, municipal and local authorities whenever necessary
- The foundation of your success is a university degree, ideally combined with an MBA and a broad, diversified business leadership experience
- You are customer-focused with extensive (ideally 8+ years’) experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Marketing and/or Project Management in an Oil & Gas environment. In addition, you have a thorough understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes
- You have a technical understanding of Compression products
- You are an inspirational leader with strong communication skills who can engage a diverse workforce
- You are fluent in the English language which enables you to communicate effectively with your global colleagues
- You have a strong affinity for the local culture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Arabic language skills are preferred
- Frequent domestic travel in the region, in particular to all Customer locations and Compression sites in KSA, and infrequent international travel is required
