• Proactively monitor and steer the financial results of the Market area and ensure a high level of quality and accuracy of the financial flows and results.
• Drive and support cost, capital and organizational efficiency programs for market area and Business Control team.
• Define, set up and follow up of Financial Performance Indicators, including targets.
• Drive adherence to Accounting Directives, financial policies, and processes.
• Oversee and manage the forecasting, cost control activities, collections, and critical balance sheet items.
• Lead a team on Domain controllers, Contract Financial Analysts, Project Controllers and Cost Controllers and oversee financial framework, including Contract/Project governance.
• Apply in-depth Ericsson knowledge, industry trends, and customer insights to provide valuable insights and shape strategies.
• Lead and support a successful team for strategic project improvements that drive and support cross-functional transformation initiatives across the MA.
• Manage a portfolio of transformations, ensuring alignment across flows and units.
• Advise on transformation initiatives and utilize experience to steer and guide their direction.
• Drive transformation initiatives from ideation to adoption, defining business cases and OKRs, ensuring their fulfillment, and managing associated risks.
• Provide consultative and project management support that delivers highly relevant recommendations on cross-functional, cross-process business challenges.
• Develop improvement management competence within MMEA, including training, coaching, and certification in Change Management, Lean, and Six-Sigma.
• Lead a team of skilled local administrators to perform administrative activities as a service for other functional area owners, supporting different processes and striving for optimal cross-functional efficiency.
• Drive internal process self-assessments and DAG self-assessments in the market area
• Support compliance and be a spoc for compliance function from finance
• Undertake any strategic special projects for MMEA

• Minimum 10 years of experience in various finance functions of Ericsson including business control/financial analysis at MA/BA/GF or relevant equivalent experience in an external company.
• In-depth knowledge of Ericsson Business process and its operating model.
• Excellent knowledge in Accounting & Reporting including well-founded knowledge of Financial systems
• Excellent leadership skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
