Job Title: Heavy Line Growth Manager - JCB Arabia
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Reports To: General Manager, JCB Arabia
Position Overview:
JCB Arabia is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to lead JCB Heavy Line sales growth in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth of JCB heavy line products including excavators, front loaders and compaction equipment, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with clients to meet the company’s sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:

Position Overview:
JCB Arabia is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to lead JCB Heavy Line sales growth in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth of JCB heavy line products including excavators, front loaders and compaction equipment, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with clients to meet the company’s sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and initiate partnerships to expand customer base.
- Collaborate with JCB and dealer marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to local markets.
- Plan and coordinate with the dealer on-site equipment demonstrations to promote JCB machines to new customers.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders in the construction, mining, oil and gas and industrial sectors.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to promote the benefits and value of JCB Heavy Line products to prospective clients.
3. Sales Operations Management:
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
4. Dealer Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and mentor dealer sales team to enhance their skills and performance in Heavy Line products sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Proven experience in sales management in heavy machinery or construction equipment industries.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and key players in the construction sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve results.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
