JCB Arabia is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager

• Plan and coordinate with the dealer on-site equipment demonstrations to promote JCB machines to new customers.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders in the construction, mining, oil and gas and industrial sectors.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to promote the benefits and value of JCB Heavy Line products to prospective clients.

3. Sales Operations Management:

• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and pipeline status in CRM systems.

4. Dealer Sales Team Leadership:

• Lead, train, and mentor dealer sales team to enhance their skills and performance in Heavy Line products sales.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Proven experience in sales management in heavy machinery or construction equipment industries.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and key players in the construction sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve results.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
