Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Lead the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive workplace environment that supports employee engagement.
- Address employee grievances and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and market trends.
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance appraisal systems to support employee growth and productivity.
- Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Regularly update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- HR Metrics & Reporting:
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, recruitment KPIs).
- Prepare regular reports to management on HR activities and performance.
- Cultural & Organizational Development:
- Promote organizational values and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5–7 years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Saudi Nationality is required.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong decision-making and negotiation abilities.
