Our client is a diversified service company in Saudi Arabia that provides a wide range of services across several industries, including construction, facility management, and food and beverage in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
As an Investor Relations Manager, you will oversee communication between the company and its investors, ensuring transparency on financial performance. Your role includes addressing investor inquiries, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings to build and maintain strong investor relationships.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

• Develop and execute investor relations strategies, aligning with capital market expectations.
• Manage relationships with institutional investors and analysts, providing transparent updates on financial performance.
• Prepare and present earnings reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, especially for an IPO-listed company in Saudi Arabia.
• Organize investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows to promote the company's growth opportunities.
• Monitor stock market response, providing insights on investor sentiment and market trends to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul requirements for corporate disclosures.
• Handle investor inquiries, addressing concerns about financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure accurate and timely communications.
• Track competitors and industry trends to guide investor messaging and strategies.
• Support senior management with investor insights and communication strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or capital markets, with a focus on working in an IPO-listed company.
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations and IPO processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with investors and senior management.
• Ability to analyze market trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment.
• Proven track record of managing investor communications and building strong relationships with institutional investors.
