Key Accountabilities
- Manage and oversee accounting processes and financial systems.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Handle financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve accounting processes.
- Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
We are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting.
- Proven expertise in real estate development and construction sectors.
- Strong command of accounting software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
