Location: Hybrid (based in Saudi Arabia, with reporting to JMS OILFIELD SUPPLIES, UAE)

Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced International Sales Engineers to join our team, focusing on business development in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in oilfield equipment, exceptional sales skills, and a deep understanding of the needs of EPC clients in the region. This role requires frequent travel within Saudi Arabia, with a flexible hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Saudi Arabia, building relationships with EPC companies and other potential clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote JMS’s product offerings, including pipes, fittings, and flanges.
  • Meet with clients on-site to understand their needs, provide product guidance, and create customized solutions.
  • Maintain and expand the existing client base by establishing strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
  • Collaborate closely with the JMS UAE team to align on product offerings, pricing, and logistics.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals that benefit both the client and JMS.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the oilfield equipment industry, ideally in pipes, fittings, and flanges.
  • Proven track record in sales within the GCC region, with a focus on Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong technical understanding of oilfield products and the needs of EPC companies.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia to meet with clients and conduct on-site visits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a hybrid work environment.
