Job Title: Paramedic for Neom Project
Location: Neom Project, Saudi Arabia
Position Overview:
The Paramedic will provide advanced life support, emergency medical care, and patient assessment to ensure the safety and well-being of workers, residents, and visitors within the Neom Project. The role requires the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high standards of patient care and rapid response capabilities.

This role requires a flexible schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, as emergencies and on-call demands may vary. Paramedics will operate in a diverse environment with the potential for both urban and remote emergency response calls, within the Neom Project area.

Pay: ﷼1,000.00 - ﷼10,001.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Emergency Medical Response:
- Rapidly respond to medical emergencies within the Neom Project area.
- Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately to determine appropriate treatments.
- Perform advanced life support (ALS) procedures, including but not limited to, airway management, medication administration, and resuscitation efforts.
- Patient Assessment and Care:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients to identify injury or illness severity.
- Use advanced clinical skills to administer appropriate treatment based on protocols and physician directives.
- Maintain clear communication with healthcare providers and transport teams regarding patient conditions.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with other medical and emergency response teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to emergency management.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, incident reports, and follow-up procedures as required.
- Communicate effectively with the public, staff, and other stakeholders during emergency and non-emergency situations.
- Operational Preparedness:
- Ensure that medical equipment and vehicles are always ready and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain certification and knowledge of Neom Project-specific emergency response protocols.
- Participate in regular drills, training, and continuous learning to improve readiness and skills.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, both internal to the Neom Project and as mandated by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health and international standards.
- Monitor the environment and report any safety risks or issues promptly.
Must Have These Certificates
ACLS Provider, BLS Provider, Health Practitioner License
- ACLS Provider Certification (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support): Demonstrates the ability to manage cardiovascular emergencies effectively, including recognition and intervention in cases of heart attack, stroke, and other critical cardiac conditions.
- BLS Provider Certification (Basic Life Support): Basic life support certification with knowledge of CPR and AED use for both adults and children.
- Health Practitioner License: Valid paramedic license recognized by the relevant health authorities in Saudi Arabia, allowing practice within the Neom Project.
- Additional Certifications (Preferred):
- PHTLS (Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support) for enhanced trauma care.
- ITLS (International Trauma Life Support) for advanced trauma intervention.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is advantageous for broader demographic emergency care.
- Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an advanced paramedic role, ideally with some experience in remote, high-stress, or large-scale project environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using advanced medical equipment, diagnostic tools, and telemedicine technology.
- Physical & Mental Resilience: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and remain composed in high-stress, emergency situations.
- Teamwork & Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with other emergency responders, healthcare providers, and project stakeholders.
