Prep Year Manager

m2r Education are currently looking for a Prep Year Manager for a technical college in the west of Saudi Arabia who can start in January 2025.
As the prep year manager, you would plan the programs from start to finish, including deadlines, milestones and processes, as well as being responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program. There will be a focus on English Language, but you will also oversee business and IT.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Literature or equivalent (a Masters Degree is a plus)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with progressive responsibility in program management within the higher education sector
  • Experience within the field of English Language
  • A proficient knowledge of using digital teaching means in classes
  • 1st Language English
