Product Performance Analyst (Perfumes) focuses on evaluating the performance of a company’s current perfume products. This role involves working closely with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to monitor and improve the performance of the existing fragrance portfolio. The Key responsibilities include:

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
- Internal Performance Evaluation: Analyzing internal sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to assess how well the existing perfume products are performing against business objectives and KPIs.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Working closely with various internal teams, including marketing, R&D, sales, and supply chain, to share performance insights and ensure that the existing perfume range is optimized for maximum impact.
- Product Optimization Recommendations: Providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improving the current lineup of perfumes, such as reformulation, repositioning, or updating packaging to enhance market performance.
- Sales Analysis & development of sales Stratgies : Evaluating sales trends, , identifying potential areas for imporvements and development of sales strategies.
- Internal Reporting: Producing detailed reports for internal stakeholders, such as senior management or product teams, highlighting the performance of the current perfumes and suggesting areas for improvement or future strategy adjustments.
- Market and Competitor Benchmarking: Internally assessing how the perfume products compare to those of competitors, analyzing market share, pricing strategies, and customer perception to maintain competitive positioning.
- Analysis of the Results of Sales Strategies.evaluating the effectiveness of various approaches used to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

- ii) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Conversion rate
- Average Ticket value (ATV)
- UTP
- Geographic or Demographic Insights:
- Regional sales performance

- Immediate impact of the strategy
- Long-term sustainability and growth
